This website does not use cookies, tracking, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from this server; no connection to Google, tracking or advertising services is made when you visit the site.

The website runs on a server rented from Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, located in the EU. To deliver the website, your browser transmits technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. This data is processed only to deliver the website and to keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Where log files are created, they are deleted after 14 days at the latest. A data processing agreement is in place with Hetzner.

For DNS and the secure delivery of this website I use Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Requests to the website pass through Cloudflare servers, which process data such as your IP address to deliver the site quickly and protect it against attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place.

If you write to me by email, I process your details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for project inquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). I delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

If you switch between light and dark mode, this choice is saved in your browser (local storage). The setting stays on your device and is not transmitted to me.

This website only links to LinkedIn. No data is transmitted to LinkedIn until you click the link. After that, LinkedIn's privacy policy applies.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
